![]() ![]() If you don't think it can meet that benchmark for you, then don't buy the game. I can say that it is very possible for someone to get 20 hours of enjoyment from this game citing the often referenced ' standard' of you should get (at least) $1/hour of entertainment from a game to be worth buying. ![]() Much of what is playing out is just human psychology, as opposed to more (supposedly) logical cost/benefit analysis. I can spend $40 on a full tank of gas, or blow $20 on eating out 2 or 3 times (or buying for 2-3 friends). That said, $4 off, at least for me, isn't that big of a savings. I can't say the $4 off coupon (-20% off) I got from owning Scrap Mechanic didn't affect my decision on buying Raft. You're just saying this because you already have Raft. I think it is worth it to get it now, at the current price (admittingly, I had a -20% coupon at the time), and be part of the development. That's your call, and is part of how the market works. It isn't shameful to wait if the price isn't acceptable to you. It is still riding the wave of popularity from being released on Steam, and doesn't need extra visably and income that a sale would give it. ![]() Raft doesn't really need a sale, from its point of view. If I recall right, there have been new additions to sales later during the sale, but I doubt it this will be one of them. If it isn't listed now, it isn't likely going to change.
